About us

Climate intelligence for resilient real assets

Sustainaccount is a Swiss climate intelligence company helping organizations assess, quantify, and manage physical climate risk across real assets. We combine climate science, data analytics, engineering expertise, and sustainability know-how to turn complex climate risk into practical outputs for reporting, certification, investment, and resilience planning.

Swiss-basedScience-ledBuilt for real assets

Why we exist

Climate risks are becoming financial, operational, and regulatory risks for real assets. Flooding, heat, drought, storms, wildfire, and other physical hazards can affect asset value, operating costs, insurability, financing, certification, and long-term resilience.

Yet many organizations still receive generic exposure scores that are difficult to translate into decisions. Sustainaccount exists to make that transition practical: from climate risk awareness to better decisions, targeted adaptation, and stronger resilience across real assets.

Our mission is to help organizations move from physical climate risk to resilience action.

What we bring together

Physical climate risk is not only a data problem. It requires climate science, asset understanding, financial interpretation, and practical delivery.

Climate science

Forward-looking climate scenarios, hazard data, and physical risk logic provide the foundation for each assessment.

Asset and engineering perspective

Building and asset characteristics such as construction type, materials, age, elevation, envelope, use profile, and existing protection measures help assess vulnerability where relevant data is available.

Financial and regulatory relevance

Results are translated into outputs that can support investment decisions, reporting, certification, audit review, and resilience planning.

Practical delivery

The Climate Resilience Suite delivers dashboards, reports, datasets, and managed-service support so clients can move from risk assessment to action.

The people behind Sustainaccount

Sustainaccount was built by combining climate science, data analytics, business, and sustainability expertise. Our work is delivered by an interdisciplinary team and supported by advisors with experience across real assets, finance, regulation, climate risk, and business transformation.

How we work

Scientific credibility

We base our assessments on documented climate data, scenario logic, and transparent assumptions.

Practical relevance

We focus on outputs that help clients make decisions, not only understand exposure.

Collaboration

We work with clients, consultants, certifiers, and partners to fit climate risk analysis into real reporting, certification, investment, and resilience workflows.

Integrity

We communicate clearly about assumptions, uncertainty, and the appropriate use of results.
