The Climate Resilience Suite follows a structured assessment logic: identify relevant hazards, assess exposure and asset vulnerability, translate material risks into decision-relevant impacts, and generate outputs for adaptation, reporting, certification, and review.

Climate hazard data

We assess relevant acute and chronic physical climate hazards using forward-looking climate scenarios, geospatial data, and local or regional datasets where available.

Exposure and asset vulnerability

We analyse not only where an asset is located, but how it may be affected. Asset characteristics such as use, construction type, materials, elevation, envelope, age, and existing protection measures can influence the vulnerability assessment.

Impact and financial translation

Material risks can be translated into decision-relevant indicators such as projected losses, Climate Value at Risk, operational impacts, and financial risk metrics, depending on the selected level of analysis.

Adaptation and reporting outputs

Results are converted into practical outputs, including adaptation measures, risk-reduction logic, reports, dashboards, datasets, and regulatory or certification-aligned documentation.

Sustainaccount assesses a broad range of acute and chronic physical climate hazards relevant to real assets. Hazard coverage is aligned with the classification of climate-related hazards in Appendix A to Annex I and Annex II of Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2021/2139, the EU Taxonomy Climate Delegated Act.

Analyses consider current and future climate conditions across IPCC-aligned climate scenarios and relevant time horizons. Depending on the asset, geography, framework, and decision context, time horizons can extend to and beyond the end of the century.

Where available, Sustainaccount integrates high-resolution local or regional datasets to increase the relevance of the analysis for specific geographies and asset types.

Final acceptance of any report, output, or supporting evidence remains subject to the review of the relevant auditor, assessor, certifier, regulator, or other competent party.
